DesDestiny Nails - Policies & Guidelines

1. Booking & Appointments

  • Scheduling: Clients must book appointments through [website, phone, or social media].

  • Late Arrivals: Clients are given a 15-minute grace period; after that, a late fee of $5.00 applies.

  • Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule 24 hours in advance without penalty.

2. Payment & Pricing

  • Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment platforms

    (Apple Pay, G Pay, Tap to Pay, & CashApp)

  • Service Pricing: All prices are subject to change based on materials and time required.

3. Salon Etiquette & Policies

  • Guest Policy: Only one additional guest is allowed per client.

  • Food & Drinks: Light beverages are allowed, but no messy or strong-smelling foods.

  • Phone Usage: Please keep phone usage to a minimum during service to avoid delays.

4. Health & Safety

  • Hygiene & Sanitation: All tools are properly sanitized before each appointment.

  • Nail Condition: Clients with fungal infections or open wounds may be refused service.

  • Allergy & Sensitivity Disclosure: Clients must inform about any allergies or skin sensitivities before the service.

5. Nail Repair & Refund Policy

  • Repairs: Free repairs within 3-days for issues due to application errors.

  • Refunds: No refunds on services once completed. Dissatisfaction must be addressed before leaving the salon.

6. Cancellations & Emergency Situations

  • Salon Cancellations: If the salon must cancel due to an emergency, clients will be rescheduled at their earliest convenience.

  • Weather or Unforeseen Events: If hazardous conditions prevent service, deposits may be transferred to a new appointment.

7. Mobile/On-Site Services (when applicable)

  • Travel Fee: A $15.00 travel fee applies for mobile services.

  • Location Requirements: Clients must provide a clean, well-lit, and ventilated space for mobile appointments.
