We are a woman-owned, family-run creative brand offering digital downloads, handmade items, academic tutoring services, and luxury nail care through DesDestiny Nails by Anita D. Because we operate across multiple service areas, the following policies outline how all purchases, bookings, and custom orders are handled. These policies protect both the business and our clients, ensure fairness, and keep our operations running smoothly. By placing an order, downloading a product, or booking a service, you agree to the full set of policies below.

General Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our work—custom-made items, digital downloads, personalized tutoring services, and cosmetic services—refunds, cancellations, returns, or exchanges are not available under any circumstance. Every item or service is created, prepared, or delivered with care, time, and resources. Once a purchase is made, the transaction cannot be reversed.

If an issue arises, we encourage customers to contact us promptly so we can address concerns within the limits of these policies.

Digital Products

All digital downloads (including printables, illustrations, eBooks, stock photography, templates, educational materials, and guides) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Once a digital file has been delivered, it cannot be returned. Due to the instant-access nature of digital goods, all purchases are final—no exceptions.

If a file is damaged, inaccessible, or not downloading correctly, customers may request a replacement file. Proof of purchase and order details will be required. Redistribution, reselling, or sharing of any digital content is strictly prohibited.

Handmade Crochet Items & Physical Goods

All crochet items, art prints, physical accessories, and made-to-order products are created individually and may contain slight variations that reflect handmade craftsmanship. All sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted.

If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, customers must contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item. Damage claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Because many of our physical items are custom-made, turnaround times may vary. Estimated processing windows will be listed within product descriptions and may fluctuate depending on order volume and complexity.

Nail Services (DesDestiny Nails by Anita D)

All service sales are final. Once the service has been completed, no refunds or partial refunds will be provided.

Clients must express any dissatisfaction before leaving the appointment so adjustments can be made immediately. After-care instructions are provided to help prolong the longevity of enhancements. Normal wear-and-tear, breakage caused by lifestyle or misuse, or issues resulting from failure to follow after-care steps do not qualify for refunds or free repairs.

Deposits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and required to secure all appointments. No-shows and late cancellations forfeit their deposit. Additional cancellation and lateness details are available on the booking page; by booking, clients agree to all DesDestiny Nails policies.

Academic Tutoring (Destiny Hub)

Tutoring sessions are non-refundable once booked. Cancellations must follow the rules outlined on the scheduling page. Missed appointments, no-shows, or last-minute cancellations are still charged in full.

Tutoring does not guarantee specific grade outcomes, school placements, test scores, or academic performance. Daniel provides high-quality, individualized instruction, but student engagement, attendance, and follow-through play a significant role in progress.

Parents are encouraged to communicate openly about learning concerns or goals to ensure the best experience.

Processing Times

Processing and fulfillment times vary depending on the product or service purchased. Digital products are delivered instantly. Physical and handmade items typically require a longer production window, especially during peak seasons. Service availability is based on the provider’s schedule.

Any delays caused by illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances will be communicated as soon as possible.

Shipping Policies

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not liable for items shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer. Lost, stolen, or delayed packages are the responsibility of the postal carrier. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
